BAP in NH on Monday October 3

The United States Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the First Circuit will be holding oral argument at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Hampshire in Manchester, New Hampshire on Monday, October 3, 2011 starting at 10:00  a.m. Although the BAP generally holds argument in Boston, MA and San Juan P.R, under 1st Cir. B.A.P. L.R., 8012-1(f), the BAP may conduct oral argument in the district from which the appeal arises.
